PROCTORVILLE — Wilbur H. Elliott, 91, of Proctorville, died Sunday, May 10, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was the husband of Brenda Ellliott, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
