ASHLAND, Ky. — Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tri-State is holding a raffle for a 1997 Mercedes Benz C280 Sport vehicle to benefit the local Agency.

Raffle tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the Big Brothers Big Sisters offices in Huntington and Ashland and from local board members and staff.

The winner need not be present to win.

Specifics include: Six cylinder engine with automatic transmission; white exterior with gray interior, with carbon fiber trim.

The Mercedes Benz will be on display at Bellefonte Country Club during Bid for Kids Sake, a silent and live auction, on Friday, June 26, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Golf for Kids Sake, a golf tournament, on Monday, June 29, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The public is welcome to attend both of these events. The drawing is going to be in Ceredo-Kenova W.Va. on June 29 at 2 p.m.

All funds raised during this event stay here in the Tri-State to serve children in the Huntington, Ashland and Ironton area through the mentoring, guidance and friendship of volunteer mentors.
