PEDRO — Curtis Donovan Ball, 77, of Pedro, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Ky. The Pedro, Ohio native was born Dec. 29, 1931, the son of the late Lester and Della Dalton Ball. He is survived by his wife, Ruth A. Webb Ball, whom he married Jan. 8, 1955.
Mr. Ball was a graduate of Ironton High School and an inspector for the Army Corp of Engineers for 16 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Timothy Ball of Pedro; a daughter, Delinda Kirtley of Hot Springs, Ark.; a daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Frank Cooper; and four grandchildren.
