WORTHINGTON, Ky. — Herbert D. Burchett, 80, of Worthington, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. He was the wife of Barbara Burchett, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
