FLATWOODS, Ky. — Terry James (T.J.) Taylor II, 18, of Flatwoods, died Monday, June 22, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. A memorial service and candlelight vigil will be at 8 p.m. Saturday at 712 Highland Ave., Flatwoods. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
