Menacing — Township Road 618, South Point Sunday, man reportedly driving down road on several occasions, watching young children, confronted by angry parents, suspect named.
Theft — Township Road 1313, Proctorville, purse taken from vehicle.
Theft — County Road 1, Chesapeake Tuesday, catalytic converter taken off vehicle.
Theft — Private Drive 10461, Proctorville Tuesday, briefcase, GPS, dog leash taken from vehicle.
Theft — State Route 141, Kitts Hill Tuesday, weed eater, lawn mower taken, later found at area pawn shop, possible suspect named.
Gross sexual imposition — Fayette Township Tuesday, 9-year-old girl reportedly touched inappropriately, photos taken of body parts with cellular telephone camera, Charles E. Rucker, 56, 362 Township Road 1026, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.

Unknown trouble — Speedway, Eighth Street and Park Avenue Monday, man reportedly in store trying to get others to buy cigarettes for him, moved on.
Unknown trouble — 2500 block South Fourth Street Monday, unwelcome guest moved on.
Breaking and entering — 600 block Railroad Street Monday, residence entered.
Burglary — 600 block South 10th Street Monday, residence entered, video game taken.
Trouble — 1000 block North Fifth Street Monday, neighbor reportedly threatening children, all advised.
Trouble — 200 block Mastin Avenue Monday, unwelcome guest moved on.
Theft — reported at police station Tuesday, air conditioner taken.
Theft — 1000 block South Ninth Street Tuesday, bicycle taken.
Drag racing — Ironton Hills Shopping Center Tuesday, left prior to officers’ arrival.
