CHESAPEAKE — Billy Alonzo Chapman, 77, of Chesapeake, died Sunday, July 5, 2009, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was the husband of Brenda Chapman, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Herrenkohl Cemetery, Lesage, W.Va. Visitation is 6-8 pm. Wednesday.
