James Robert McClellan, 47, of Ironton, died Monday, July 20, 2009, at his residence.
The Ironton native was born April 25, 1962, the son of the late James Robert McClellan and Tina Faye Harmon Ours. He is survived by his wife, Gina Leffingwell McClellan.
Mr. McClellan attended Rock Hill High School and the Bear Creek Apostolic Church in Buchanan, Ky.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Robbie McClellan and Jeremy McClellan both of Ironton; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Cecil and Joyce McClellan, Eddie McClellan, and Larry McClellan all of Ironton; a sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Kenny Roberts of Coal Grove and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Mounds and Pastor Bill Spriggs officiating. Burial will follow in Hanging Rock Cemetery.
