I read the recent story “Whose way is right” and I have one tiny problem: Qualified immunity.

Qualified immunity translates to ignorance is bliss. Citizens cannot claim ignorance of the law as an excuse but law enforcement can?

So now we add qualified immunity to the already long list so that one more group has one more excuse not to take responsibility for what they do.
