CHESAPEAKE — Judy Buckland Pennington, 59, of Chesapeake, died Friday, Aug. 7, 2009, at her residence. She was the wife of Harvey Buckland, who survives. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Denver Prater officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
