Domestic— Perry Township Monday, woman reportedly detained against will, suspect located, Josh Schwab, 24, homeless, arrested and taken to jail.

Theft— Township Road 1098, Chesapeake Tuesday, sawzall taken, pawned, suspect named, sawzall located at Huntington, W.Va., pawn shop.

Theft— County Road 15, South Point Tuesday, Xbox and games taken from residence.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 344 Ironton Tuesday, garage entered, ransacked.

Theft— County Road 14, Waterloo Tuesday, 600 feet of AT&T telephone lines cut from utility pole, taken.
