LAWRENCE COUNTY — Janet Smith, 51, of Lawrence County, died Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. She was the wife of Bill Smith, who survives. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.
