Assault — Township Road 161, South Point Monday, woman reportedly struck several times with vehicle, suspect named.

Theft— County Road 53, Kitts Hill Wednesday, wii game system and games taken, Michael Pennisten, 20, 106 Seventh St., South Point, arrested and taken to jail.
