LUCASVILLE — Joy Ann Wilson Ruggles, 69, of Edgewood Manor, Lucasville, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.
Born March 14, 1940 in Lawrence County, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Scott Wilson, of Kansas City, Mo.; two grandchildren, Anna Wilson, Philip Wilson, Jr., and one great grandchild, Olivia Wilson.
She was preceded in death by one son, Philip Wilson, Sr.
Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family with interment in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Arrangements are under the directions of the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
