FLATWOODS, Ky. — Dorothy Perkins, 62, of Flatwoods, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at her home. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, Ky., with the Rev. Paul Clark officiating. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Flatwoods. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today.
