You must get your information turned in now to be a part of the Election Guide 2009 publishing Oct. 30.

The Tribune mailed a questionnaire to every candidate for elected office in the general election.

The deadline to return this information is Wednesday. This information will be published this one-time special edition free of charge.

Information can be sent via e-mail to news@irontontribune.com. If you are unable to e-mail the information, you can also fax the questionnaire to (740) 532-1506. Candidates can also return the questionnaire to The Tribune office, located at 2903 S. Fifth St., Ironton OH, 45638. A photo can be included.

Anyone who did not receive this form should immediately contact the Tribune at (740) 532-1445 ext. 24.

No forms will be accepted after the cutoff date.
