I have been reading about the problem of graffiti.

I am just an old country boy without a lot of “learning,” but it seems to me that if these people have so much fun spraying this stuff on then maybe they would enjoy taking it off.

If they were required to remove it, they would have twice as much fun.

Not just from one building, but from both sides of the alley.
