Virginia Ann Ellis, 70, of Ironton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at home.
 She was born Aug. 7, 1939 in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late James Otis Ellis and Alice Craig Robinson.  
She is survived by two aunts, Loreda Ellis of Chesapeake and Georgia Chaffin of Dayton and one uncle Jim Ison, of Pedro.
Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville by the Rev. Eddie Salmons.  Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery.  Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. Thursday the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
