I would like to make a point of recognizing the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and tell of the exemplary service that they have provided to me in the recent weeks.

On two separate occasions in the past weeks I have called on the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and asked them to investigate issues that I needed resolved. In both cases the sheriff’s office got immediately on the task and within a few days had the investigations completed and the cases solved.

In both of these cases Detective Aaron Bollinger was largely involved and I would attribute the successful outcome of both of these cases to be largely due to Mr. Bollinger’s investigative expertise.

Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless has made a point to follow up with me personally to make sure that I was well satisfied with the service that I have received and to see if there was anything else that his department could do to be of service.

In times of a slower economy, as we have been seeing over the past year or so, I am sure that the crime rate increases because jobs are scarce and people are out of money and resorting to stealing as a means of income.

In this time of an increased crime rate we are fortunate to have gentlemen like Detective Aaron Bollinger and Jeff Lawless on the sheriff’s department.

I am very pleased with the service that I have received from the sheriff’s department.

I feel that my tax dollars are well spent with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
