SOUTH POINT — Margaret Lillian Winkler, 83, of South Point, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenbottom Memorial Park in Lesage, W.Va. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
