CHESAPEAKE — Fred E. Hardy, 61, of Chesapeake, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was the husband of Charla Sites Hardy, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Lane officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
