CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — Michael “CoCo” Polakovs, 86, of Catlettsburg, died Sunday Dec. 6, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was the husband of Hazel Fannin Polakovs, who survives. Funeral will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday at the Neal Funeral Home on Center Street in Catlettsburg. Officiating will be Pastor Richie Gindlesperger, assisting will be Donnie McKenzie. Commital will be at Rose Hill Burial Park. Masonic rites will follow. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to service time on Friday at the funeral home.
