HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Phyllis Jeanette “P.J.” Kilgore Smith Nohmer, 67 of Huntington, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Adkins officiating.
