COAL GROVE — Tim Justin Ray Joseph, 40, of Coal Grove, formerly of Kitts Hill, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
He was born Aug. 27, 1969, a son of Jennie French Carey of Coal Grove and Vernon Dale Joseph of Lancaster. Justin was a customer service representative for AT&T in Grayson, Ky., and a 1987 graduate of Rock Hill High School.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Walter and Charlotte French; and his paternal grandparents, Gretta and Charlie Joseph.
Graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Woodland Cemetery in Ironton with Pastor Jesse Sizemore officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Chapel.
