WESTWOOD, Ky. — John Philip Meeks, 70, of Westwood, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Chiquita Gabbert Meeks, who survives. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Preston Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Rice officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
