SOUTH POINT — Stella Roy, 72, of South Point, died Friday at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. She was the wife of Doffie Roy Sr., who survives. There will be a private family service. Arrangements are under the direction of Hall Funeral Home.
