— William A. Joseph Jr., 61, 246 Township Road 1107, Proctorville, on charge of disorderly conduct Sunday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Tina L. Bailey, 36, Ashland, Ky., on charge of theft Monday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Robin K. Black, 36, 218 1/2 S. Fourth St., Ironton, on outstanding warrant Saturday by the Ironton Police Department.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1105, Proctorville Thursday, residence entered, television sets X boxes and games, iPod, computer and guitar taken.

Burglary — Country Hearth Motel, South Point Saturday, lap top and Xbox taken from motel room.

Domestic — Fayette Township Saturday, Justin Wells, 21, 37 Township Road 1426, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.

Vandalism, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct — County Road 25, Pedro Sunday, fight reported involving three people, Shawn Hollback, 31, 5213 State Route 141, Ironton, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and taken to jail, James W. Estep, 31, 1130 Township Road 161, South Point, charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct and taken to jail, Charles Spurlock, 31, 1111 Township Road 135, South Point, cited to Ironton Municipal Court.

Theft— CVS, South Third Street Saturday, television set taken, incident caught on security camera.

Assault — JAB Lounge, South Third Street Saturday, victim taken to police station to file report, then to local hospital for treatment.

Assault — American Legion, Quincy Street Saturday, woman reportedly assaulted.

Theft — 1000 block North Fifth Street Sunday, reindeer taken from yard.

Disturbance — 1500 block South Third Street Sunday, complaint of loud music and people screaming, all advised.
