CHESAPEAKE — Martha Louise Smoot, 85, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at River’s Bend Health Care Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Hamlin officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
