WORTHINGTON, Ky. — Mary Evelyn Mayse Lunsford, 79, of Worthington, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
