CHESAPEAKE — Richard Russell Reichardt, 73, of Chesapeake, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. There will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Hall Funeral Home.
