RUSSELL, Ky. —Jack Cecil “Skyjack” Phelps, 61, of Russell, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2010 at the Community Hospice Care Center.
He was the husband of Nancy Sparks Phelps, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Advance Memorial United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Thursday.
