FLATWOODS, Ky. — Joel C. Elliott, 65, of Flatwoods, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Community Hospice Care Center. He was the husband of Barbara Tussey Elliott, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Rude Cemetery, Flatwoods. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
