PROCTORVILLE — Robert Lee “Bob” Kachelreis Sr., 88, of Proctorville, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home with Dr. David Lemming officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
