Stanley Aldridge, 63, of Ironton, went to be with the Lord Monday, Feb. 22, 2010.
He was born Dec. 3, 1946 in Ironton, the son of the late James and Ethel Kidd Aldridge. He was a faithful member of First Tabernacle Church of Ironton. He was preceded in death by eight brothers, Ozie, Chester, Van, Alva, William, Jr., Kenneth, Charles, and Lawrence and two sisters, Betty and Laura.
He is survived by three sisters and brother-in-laws, Susie and Louis Ellis of Pedro, Geneva and Simeon Mullins of Ironton, and Kay and Bill Davis of Ironton and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be noon Thursday at Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with Pastors John Stevens and Manuel Aldridge officiating. Interment will follow at Sugar Creek Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home.
