PROCTORVILLE — Betty Louise Sowards, 85, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, at her residence. She was the wife of Thomas E. Sowards, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
