PROCTORVILLE — Charles Thomas Boggs, 87, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at the V.A. Medical Center. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
