PROCTORVILLE — Edwin Mike Kaiser, 82, of Proctorville, died Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. He was the husband of Oreatha Stevers Kaiser. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.
