RUSSELL, Ky. — Thomas Sulser “Tom” Smith, 83, of Russell, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Alice Gail Price Smith, who survives. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Calvary Episcopal Church. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
