FLATWOODS, Ky. — Martha M. Smith Rice, 97, of Flatwoods, died March 12, 2010 at Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
