COAL GROVE — Edna Stambaugh Salyer, 89, of Coal Grove, died Friday, March 19, 2010, at Oakmont Manor Rehabilitation Center in Flatwoods, Ky. She was the wife of James Salyer, who survives. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Bellefonte, Ky., with the Rev. Michael Rice officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Preston Family Funeral Home.
