Kochendoerfer, Ceaser lead D-13 all-star teams to wins

GALLIPOLIS — The District 13 All-Star Games turned into a showcase for Ironton basketball.

In the girls’ game, the Lady Fighting Tigers’ senior forward/center Lorna Ceaser scored 24 points and was voted the Div. I-II team’s Most Valuable Player as they beat the Div. III-IV team 70-65.

Ceaser and teammate Brea Tackett were named to the Coaches District 13 Div. III team, but played for the Div. I-II team due to the lack of players eligible for the team.
