IRONTON — The Ironton Council for the Arts/Lawrence County Concert Series will present its final concert of the 2009-2010 season this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. with a performance by the Bexley Chamber Ensemble from Bexley, Ohio.

The concert will take place in the Ohio University Southern Riffe Center Mains Rotunda.

Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door.

The Bexley Chamber Ensemble offers a unique approach to chamber music by combining two flutes and a bassoon creating an extraordinary counterpoint and harmony blend.

This blend is achieved by the first flute playing the soprano and descant, the second flute playing the mezzo and alto voices and the bassoon playing the tenor, baritone and bass.
