PROCTORVILLE — Walter W. Buddy Thomas, 72, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. He was the husband of Janice Workman Thomas, who survives. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Black officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home.
