AID — It’s time to get started.

The young Symmes Valley Vikings got an early taste of winning as they beat the Sciotoville East Tartans 10-0 Wednesday in a Southern Ohio Conference game.

“We have a lot of kids who haven’t played baseball for a while, so any time you can play and win it’s good for your kids,” said Vikings’ coach Chad Renfroe. “We’ve got a lot of work to do, but we’re getting better every day.”
