PROCTORVILLE — Janice P. Miller Carson, 80, of Proctorville, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Heartland of Riverview. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
