HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Fred C. Ross, 83, of Huntington, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Elliott, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is an hour before service.
