GREENUP, Ky. — Patty Jean Stephens Kinkade, 66, of Greenup, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Wright’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Quillen Cemetery. Visitation is 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
