HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Dwight K. “Ike” Watson, 57, of Huntington, passed away Thursday,  April 15, 2010 at the Hospice House of Huntington.  He was born May 2, 1952, son of the late Hazel Faye Watson.  He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, William Justice. 
Ike was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Spring Valley Freedom Baptist Church.  He was a retired long-haul truck driver.  He is survived by his wife, Deborah Justice Watson; two daughters, Christy Watson, and her fiancé, Scott Massie, and Ashley Wolfe and her husband, Jeremy; three granddaughters, Emerald Watson, Whitney Clayton and Hattie Wolfe; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ralph and Mary Lou Patterson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Kim Justice and their children, Josh Robinson and Stephanie Justice; aunt Virginia Kilgore, and the “sisters of his heart,” Donna Slagle, Essie Giles, and niece Kathy Watson.  Ike also leaves behind numerous friends and family all of whom he loved dearly.  Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home with funeral services to be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday by Pastor Patrick Elliott. 
Burial will follow in Wilgus Fairview Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be William Giles, Mike Smith, Phil Berry, Dennis Slagle, Joe Justice, and Bernard Watson.  The family would like to thank our friends as well as the staff at St. Mary’s Radiology Oncology, HIMG Oncology, and the Hospice staff for their care and concern during Ike’s illness.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
