ACTC hosting regional job fair

ASHLAND, Ky. — Job seekers are invited to the 10th annual Ashland Regional Job Fair Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the KYOVA Tri-State Mall.

To date, more than 70 businesses and organizations have reserved space at the fair. “There are jobs in the area, and this is a chance for people to find out what’s available,” said Nancy Menshouse, ACTC’s coordinator of career, job placement and co-op.

Participating businesses and organizations include A&A Caregivers (Huntington), Abt SRBI Research and Strategy, Active Day of Ashland Adult Daycare, Amazon, Ashland Main Street, Ashland One Stop, Avon, Cabell Learning Center, CASA of Northeast KY, Inc., Chiro One Wellness Center, Cintas Corp. (Grayson), Commission for Children and Cornerstone Hospital.

The free fair is cosponsored by ACTC, the Southwestern Community Action Council and the KYOVA Tri-State Mall.
