Bobby Wayne Clark, 55, of Ironton passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
The Paintsville, Ky., native was born Sept. 8, 1954, the son of Helen Powers Clark of Ironton and the late James Robert Clark.
Mr. Clark was a graduate of Rock Hill High School.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, James Monroe Clark.
He is survived by his wife Lynn Clark whom he married June 22, 1975; his son, Anthony “Tony” Clark of Ashland, Ky.; four brothers, Billy Joe Clark of South Point, Terry and Liz Clark of Ironton, Tim and Melinda Clark of Russell, Ky., and Jeff Clark of Ironton; four sisters, Brenda Kay and Jack Hale of South Point, Wanda and Jeff Harmon of Coal Grove, Sharon and Rock Massie of Kitts Hill and Cathy and Roy Slone of Franklin Furnace and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and many flea-market and auction friends.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hayes-Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Rock Massie and the Rev. David Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be, Tony Clark, Jason Hagen, Cory Litteral, Timmy Clark, Terry Clark and T.C. Clark.
